On 12 October, in Park Hestia in Sopot, OpenDay IT, organized by ERGO Hestia, took place. During the event I gave a lecture on turbo acceleration - How modern technologies will radically change our lives? From Stanisław Lem's vision to the present day. I told how exponentially accelerating technologies (such as artificial intelligence, deep learning, Big data, Internet of things, chatbots, social robots, quantum computers, neuromorphic computers, augmented and virtual reality, 3D and 4D printing, precision medicine, biotechnology, nanotechnology, Internet of Bodies and others) will change our world. I've shown what the latest developments in these fields are, where research on these technologies will go, and what we can expect in just a few years. I also talked about the world's first cyborg, Peter Scott-Morgan and his initiatives.

What are the recent developments in these fields? What direction will research on these technologies take and what can we expect in just a few years?

Stanisław Lem - a philosopher, writer, futurologist and visionary. In his works, he considered the problems of human nature and tried to find an answer to the question, what is the place of man in the universe. As early as in 1964, he wrote Summa Technologiae - a groundbreaking treatise on the future of man and the consequences of technological development.
In his work, Lem foresaw the emergence of, among others, the Internet, e-books, social robots, tablets and smartphones, 3D printing, Smart Dust, virtual reality (phantomatics), artificial intelligence, or technologies allowing us to deeply improve our bodies.

On May 10, 2019 I took part in a debate organized by Gazeta Wyborcza within the framework of the Jutronauci project. Petros Psyllos in the "Private Banking After Hours" discussion panels

Between 23/11 and 12/12 I took part in the discussion panels on artificial intelligence, under the "Private Banking After Hours" Noble Bank theme was "Technological and digital revolution". Apart from me, experts from Microsoft and the DZP law firm took part.

The meetings took place in Poznań, Katowice, Wrocław, Kraków, Łódź, Gdańsk and Warsaw. Participants had the opportunity to listen to discussions on new technologies.
